Disappointing service!!!

Estee Lauder South Africa Online store: I ordered and paid for two items from the Estee Lauder SA online store for the Black Friday special. However when my box delivery arrived only one of the items were in the box. I have laid numerous complaints via email to the customer service email on the Estee Lauder site, and have not received any response or assistance. I have tried contacting the customer care number several times , and am just put on hold for over half an hour at a time, with no operator ever answering the call.

This is absolutely unacceptable and disappointing service. I dont appreciate being ****** of an item id paid for, as well as not receiving any assistance to rectify the matter.

Absolutely disappointing and disgusting service from such a large company.
