Disappointing Experience with Estée Lauder Double Wear

I've been using Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation for years and have always trusted its quality. Unfortunately, since the new packaging, the product I received has been mediocre and noticeably different from what I've been used to.

I emailed *** to ask whether the formula or ingredients had changed, but I was extremely disappointed by how unresponsive they were. After years of being a loyal customer, I expected better communication and customer service.

Sadly, this experience has completely changed my view of the brand. Estée Lauder has lost me as a customer.
