Disappointed

I placed an order online and ever since the start of it there was and still is 1 issue after the other,yes the customer care line staff are polite and attempt to be helpful but there is little or very delayed communication as to what is being done Just an idea it has been 14 days now since placing original order and still have not received correct order as there must be an exchange as incorrect product was sent even though order clearly states what it should be
