Despicable service with online purchase

I have ordered make up on the 28th November and up till today have not received my order and the poor service one gets from a line that you can hardly hear the lady properly and seems as if she is the only one there and there is no one else to speak to. They blame the delivery people but not even sure if the delivery people exists as every time i call the number i am caller number 76 every single time. I stayed on the line for 31minutes and got to caller number one only to my surprise i get put back to caller number 76 and have to hold on again for 30 minutes. They say. I tried reconnecting to that delivery site and for some reason i can't get the page open anymore. This is very unprofessional and ***** to let people pay for items and then not deliver. Estee Lauder online seems to be a *****.
