Customer service or lack thereof

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service or lack thereof at Estée Lauder South Africa.

I have sent numerous messages via the official Facebook page as well as an email.. still no assistance.

They had initially advised me that a customer service rep would assist me.. but no one has.

I purchased my usual shade of double wear foundation.. Bronze. Estée Lauder has either changed the manufacturing process or the foundation bottle was labelled incorrectly, as this is not bronze.. it's a shade that is terribly darker! I'm now forced to use a cheaper brand with this "bronze" .. to balance the "orange" hue it radiates on my skin.

Irate is definitely an understatement of what I am feeling right now!
