Black Friday Farce

I made an online purchase on the 25 November 2020, taking advantage of the 25% off offer. Payment was taken off my credit card, but the order disappeared. When I eventually found someone to help, I was told that there was a 'communication' error with the computers and that a refund will be processed to my account. When I query the "special Offer" prices that I bought at - I am told "sorry for the inconvenience. SERIOUSLY ?? Is this how Estee Lauder gets out of honoring their Black Friday Specials. This is disgusting.
