Beautiful Magnolia

I purchased Beautiful Magnolia from a store in Atterbury called The Cosmetics Company Store. I tested this perfume before and loved it and then decided to buy this perfume, to my disappointment the smell does not even last 10 minutes and called Estee Lauder and submitted all the relevant information and documentation they requested on 31 May 2024 and was told to give them a few days to check the authenticity of the perfume. Today was the second time I called and again being told it is with the relevant department and they do not have an answer. For a company like Estee Lauder one would think that they will call you and update you, but alas if I do not call to enquire, it seems that they think it will just go away. I am very disappointed with the services.
