Bad Service Experienced for 3rd time now with Estee Lauder Staff at Head Office

Almost 2 months, after being in touch with head office complaints division and I am still being ignored and led to believe in good service. After being treated unfairly as well as promised on 3 occasions feedback/expectation nothing has been done.
