Bad Service

Estee lauder service is disgusting, I ordered my product on the 30/11/2019 and after more than 2 weeks i have not received my products. I have emailed them and theres no reply to my emails, I even showed them proof of payment and called them all they have is empty promises to reply to my email when i need them to deliver my products. I will never order again online from estee lauder.
