Bad service

24/09/2018 I visited Estee Lauder counter at red square.Was informed had to wait as the lady Annie was on a tea break.Waited 15 minutes..no help from the rest of staff in store although they were Quiet.No sample bottles as I knew the colour I wanted to try.After 15 minutes I get informed by Annie that's does not have the colour rich caramel in stock and was asked to escalate as head office is aware of this.Reported that they have to work with what they have..no options.She advised rich caramel in max cover was also out of stock..eish..for the prices they charge it is not acceptable..can Estee Lauder respond please
