Bad customer service skills

I went back to the mac store on 10 October '15 in Canal Walk to purchase myself a foundation as i had a sample and i really liked it. However, as summer is coming up, i wanted a darker shade. The \intern""; the lighting is horrible in there. Then i requested a darker shade as the previous shade made me look like a ghost. He got the darker shade and it was very yellow; but as he went along; he kept looking at other store lady for help and approval. She was very cold; didnt make me feel comfortable at all. She was walking around; not helping the poor assistant.<br> The assistant just gave me ANOTHER sample. I came there to buy a foundation; but walked away with another sample. They didnt offer to try another type of foundation;they just sent me on my way again after my friend said try the other types.<br> <br> I am extremely disappointed and still dont have a foundation.<br> """
