APPALLING SERVICE !!!

<p>Im so appalled by the service I received from an estee lauder counter at the Mall of the south. My sister and I greeted the consultant (dont know her name as she did not have a name tag on ) and asked to be matched to my foundation colour.to which she pulled her face,one would think I just swore at her.She asked went to ask then customer behind me if they needed help ,as they were looking at perfume,well at this point Im thinking I don't know what makes this customer more important.She then ask another lady(also did not get her name as she did not have a name tag on,and was not in uniform) if she would be able to help us and proceded to walk way.Now this lady comes to the conter/station and starts doing her eyebrows .And asks us why the 1stt consultant didn't help us,and continued to fix her eyebrows.</p> <p>We then decided to leave the store as we felt ridiculed and disrespected.Estee lauder is a premium brand so should be the customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
