I just had the most amazing experience with my first purchase with Estee Lauder. Estee Lauder is busy with a spin and win campaign and I decided to take a chance. I won a 100ml perfume and immediately bought another qualifying product and selected checkout. During this time I had issues and decided to call the customer line. After 2 rings the call was answered and I got the assistance I needed. Estee Lauder made it clear that there was a delay on orders and delivery due to covid 19 so I really didn't expect them to deliver so fast. I received my order today, after 2 working days and the courier updated me on how far he was, his name and registration number. I am so happy with my purchase.
