A very disappointed customer

Mothers Day weekend i placed an order , however when recieved the order one item was a wrong shade delivered to me ,i asked for an exchange ,was given a form to fill in and was told courier will collect and after 10days they will sort out the exchange , it is now the 15th of June and my exchange is not delivered and when i query i am told how we are so important to them and they doing their best blah blah blah, an Agent Joanna , so disgusted in her service , she gave me no information ,told me to contact courier service regarding my query and she ended my chat .I get ahold of her again and she tells me ,there is nothing else she can do ,i just have to wait,her exact words. I've been a customer for more than 5 years now purchasing in store and online and this is my first exchange and this is the experience i get. So disappointed i would rather take my support elsewhere.
