Worst service ever

I purchased. A ticket on Safair through eSky Travel. Despite confirming that the date of travel was changed Safair confirmed that the ticket was not changed and cannot be changed and is non refundable. They are impossible to deal with and cannot be contacted. I regard them as****** and *********. Never deal with them!!
