Useless service during a Covid pandemic!

Shocking lack of service, even when I threatened to give them a poor public review. I had to cancel/change a booking in the Pilansberg Nature Reserve when Gauteng was "locked down" due to Covid in July 2021.

At first I was told there was no refund for cancelling. I then asked to exchange my dates. I was told they were getting no response from "the provide". Friends of mine with a similar booking (but a different travel agent) had a voucher within 24 hours! After waiting for a MONTH, I contacted Manyane Reservations directly and had a new booking woithin 24 hours too. ESky is apparently still "trying" to change my booking! DON'T risk booking a vacation with them!
