unable to contact Eskytravel

this is a company that is trying its best NOT to give any customer service! I even tried phoning the phone numbe on the confirmation email, but today at 11h00 the voice on their message service says the call is outside their office hours? and when you click on the contact card buton on their website it does not give a contact page but puts you back to their website, I will not use them again, very BAD rather go to the airline directly when you book a flight
