Terrible support, ****** money

I have been trying to get a refund from eSky Travel for two months now. I have sent over 30 emails. The response is always the same (when they even bother to reply) blaming the airline. Yet I have been on emails with both eSky and the airline where eSky conveniently do not reply to the airline in or order to supply the airline with the information they request. eSky Travel have ****** my money
