****!****!**********- Do not buy tickets on their website

Biggest ******** ever. I thought I'm buying tickets on Airlink, but eSky website says flyairlink.esky, first mistake as I was in hurry to purchase the tickets and didn't pay attention. I bought the tickets on the 10th of January 2022 and I needed the return dates to be changed to which they emailed me saying I need to pay them a R3649 for the date changes and they sent me a link to do the payment. Which I did, the next day they sent me another email saying I need to pay an additional R1358 as the Airlines prices has now increased. I called Airlink directly as eSky doesnt have a call centre, be very weary of this- everything is done over email or you need to download the app on playstore. I refused to pay another dime as I already paid them the day before for the re-issuing of the tickets. Airlink advised me to request a refund on the return tickets. I emailed them saying I need a refund on the return tickets. They completely ignoring me, everytime I email them, they say one of agents will contact you. The biggest ********, can Airlink please do something about these people as this is reputational damage been associated with such ********
