Refund for ticket/travel voucher

Good morning hello peter, My name Is Daniel and I purchased a flight ticket from with Esky travel agency since last year October. Flight was scheduled for departure on 13th November. It is stated in their terms and conditions that dates can be changed and ticket can also be cancelled with penalty if contact is made at most 48 hours before departure. I contacted Esky via email about a week before regarding a change of date, I contacted the agency several times so as to change my travel date backward and was ready to pay the penalties but they would not respond to any of my emails until I had to purchase another ticket with Kenya airways. They only responded after i had arrived in Lagos nigeria saying they will contact the Rwanda airline for my refunds but until this day getting close to a year they have not responded.

Sometime in january or February they responded saying they cannot make a refund but issue a travel voucher that will be valid for 2 years and can be transferred to anyone in case I will not be travelling again but till date they still didnt issue the travel voucher. I have emailed them again that i will be traveling to nigeria between the 15th and 20th of October for my mother's funeral and will want to fly home with the ticket but still they are yet to respond.

Hello peter please I will need your assistance in this situation as i am loosing trust with this travel agency. I don't know anymore if they are legit or a ***** as this has been dragging for too long against their terms and conditions. Please help me reach out to them so i can be issued the travel voucher to go attend my moms funeral.
