Pathetic website and contactability

Getting hold of anyone at tjhis company is impossible, their contact details say outside of nirmal business hours, you cannot make chnages to the booking and the website is not user friendly, there is no way of downloading the contact form they purport to make available, I wish they had a SA contact number that worked or at teh very least a bot
