OVECHARGED

I was overcharged on my flight from JHB to Durban. The price charged was different to the amount quoted on their website as well as the actual invoice received from safair. These people also make it INCREDIBLY difficult to get hold of. Cannot call them, submit a form that has the response:

"Thank you for submitting your application.

We are going to take care of your request. However, due to extraordinarily number of requests, it will take much longer than usually. We will contact you as soon as possible."

How can any business operate like this????
