Outstanding Refund - eSky Travel not trustworthy

My son bought an Airline Ticket from SA to Japan. He made a typing error and when he received the ticket he immediately contact them and ask if they can move the date to the correct date or cancel it and refund him. They useless to say the least - you cannot phone them. After how many e-mails they said he must claim from the Insurance. The Insurance said they do not cover this claim. He also informed Emirates, they said they cannot refund him directly, but after eSky Travel request a refund, it will be paid out to eSky Travel and then they can refund him. After nearly 2 months no refund yet. eSky not even give any update. He did borrow money at the end to book another flight - otherwise he would be without a job. e-Sky Travel block all other reviews left on other sites. They based in Poland. Any assistance appreciated - thanks
