NO REFUND FOR THE CANCELLED FLIGHT

I made a booking for 04 January 2021 and ghe flight was cancekked due to Covid. I have not heard anything from eSky either getting another voucher or a refund uo until today. I had to make another booking as my husband had to retirn to work. PEOPLE NEED TO BE VERY CAREFULL AND NEVER USE THIS TRAVELLING AGENT. THEY ARE ONLY A **** AND A JOKE. The flight agents needs to be aware of this company and never accept bookings from them.
