No Issues Experienced

Although being overpriced (hence 4 stars), I had no issues with my booking. I booked and paid for a return flight with eSky Travel on Wednesday, received a booking confirmation on Thursday afternoon, received my eTicket on Saturday and flew on Sunday.

Both flight bookings to and from my destination were accurate.

I suspect the various issues only arise when cancelling or changing a booking. Being in Poland, processing cancellations and changes relating to flights in a different country would take longer than if performed by a company based locally in the relevant country.
