I made a flight booking with additional luggage and vehicle hire. The booking was made for the wrong date. I had to pay a cancellation fee to change the date to the correct date. They issued the ticket for the wrong date 24 hours after I alerted them that the ticket was for the wrong date. The additional luggage was not changed, so I had to pay for that again. The vehicle hire was not even booked.
