eSky - Worst Customer Service

eSky Travel has the WORST customer service I have experience in my life.

Search for Airlink site and eSky Travel's site popped up to book a return ticket - Windhoek to Cape Town. Due to unforseen circumstances I wanted to cancel the ticket I was informed that I cannot cancel the ticket. I asked them if I can do a name change as well as a date and route change, it has been a week NO REPLY!!!! Even when I informed them via email that I am going to write a BAD review on your site - NO REPLY.

I think Airlink should be informed that this "company" appear when you do a search for AIrlink.
