eSky Travel not assisting in costs for flights cancelled due to Covid19

Return flight JHB - CPT booked and paid in February 2020 was scheduled for August and cancelled due to Covid19. Safair issued vouchers valid for 12m to use when booking in 2021, eSky do not want to assist and I am loosing R2,500 In fact when booking online with Safair my booking was redirected to the eSky site without realizing it, they took their cut of R2,500, see on e-mail they are situated in Poland
