eSky Travel are ******* - never book with them!!!

I made a booking with eSky Travel by mistake. When I try to cancel the flight I was told of a cancellation fee of around R270 of which I was OK with. But what shocked me is that they also charge you their fee which is not refundable and I feel that with their pricing, they are ripping people off. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN!!!
