eSky thievery

I need to cancel a flight ticket. There is NOW WAY to get hold of them. They send an email that asked me to confirm the booking with NO WHERE TO CONFIRM THE BOOKING. Next thing the payment went through without authorization. I have absolute tried everything, even phoned Swiss Air in Zurich.
