eSky redeeming my Refund Vouchers and cancelling them

I booked a domestic return (South Africa) flight that was cancelled due to Covid 19 restrictions. The flight was booked with FlySafair. After the cancellation, FlySafair issued refund vouchers on all bookings cancelled during that period.

eSky only forwarded me one of the two vouchers. Where is the second voucher, I can see it on my FlySafair booking.

Secondly, eSky redeemed the vouchers and now I can't use them. They are now inactive. They show as cancelled on the airline website.

I want my refunds in either Cash or Flight Vouchers.
