ESKY must be avoided at all costs

What a beastly experience, never again! **********. Completely malevolent, I think... they took the ticket fee from my account after saying it was unsuccessful! . Then they said it was unsuccessful because my bank had declined it... but it was a LIE: the bank had approved it, but ESky had put a hold on... then later it went through, and I am de*****ed out of the cost of a ticket. Their company Resolver was no better... pretending to be a platform to deal with this complaint, but refusing to escalate to Ombudsman. Based in Poland and Romania too... what a load of ******!
