I had a similar experience to Marion - see her review July 2022. Their customer service is appalling. During the 10 months that I have been requesting a refund of flights canceled due to Covid, I have been given the following reasons in this order as to why they cannot refund the fare - 1. The passengers were on the flight 2. I canceled the flight after it had flown 3 Booking conditions don’t allow refunds 4. I requested a date change after the flight had flown. None of the above true ! Requesting to speak to someone in senior management is totally ignored.

Be warned, they are a hopeless bunch with no ethics whatsoever.
