Esky covid flight cancelled money refund

We are a group that wanted to go to Europe but due to covid the airline cancelled the flights. We all booked on the same flights with the same airlines and agent!!!! Esky refunded the group only taking R1600.14 agent fees. Which is fine. But on our booking (PXKZM2Z) they are taking R14458.71. Saying that they will only refund us R2450.63. WHY?? They dont reply back to my emails. I have both correction invoices for our group showing the difference in agent fees. They are just taking money like they want to and doesnt even reply back or give any explanations on why they are taking so much.
