Esky Booking order number - ***

I booked a flight with Esky for my flight to East London for the 24th of December 2020 and return on 6th January 2021. I requested cancellation a month before the scheduled departure date and Esky confirmed the cancellation. Esky told me that the airline agreed to either pay 50% back in cash or full refund in the form of a voucher. I requested a fu refund voucher.

Today I received an email from Esky telling me that my cancellation would not be refunded.
