eSky has the worst customer care possible After having booked a ticket for a Qatar Airways flight with eSky, and buying a cancellation insurance, we had to cancel the flight due to medical reasons. After a horrible time with numerous mails and complaints eSky never refunded the ticket, eventhough we were entitled to full refund with the insurance. eSky is refusing any kind of help. Don’t trust them with anything and never buy tickets with them. They are *****s
