Do not use, ****s & ****mers

The web site changed the date of my departure. Their "IT" department is saying I changed it. I did not. The flight they said Ryan Air did not have avialable on that date I originally purchased DID in fact have over 60 available seats. (I paid Ryan directly and got on the flight I needed) After several phone calls to eSky to change, (agreeing to $79 change fee), they could not get me on the flight, saying it was full (which it was not) & did not have a solution. CHARGED ME FULL for both legs of travel which I was unable to use. ****MERS,do not use them. I have verifications but they are in pdf and cannot load to this review,. My flight dates were to Barcelona on the 4/27 then from Barcelona to London on May1st. I had concert tickets to a show in Barcelona on 4/29.They booked me out to London on 4/28. I KNOW I did not use that date anywhere. ****S and ************* to do business.
