Do not support eSky travel company

I had a booking o fly from Nairobi to Malindi on the 6th of May. I was informed by Maja of eSky that a refund would not be possible. See copy of her reply below. Of course, we were very disappointed and recommend that eSky should not be used to do any bookings. A company like that is probably not operating anymore. Regards Peter van der Meer

Hello, please, be advised that your flights were confirmed and operated normally. Cancellation was not possible as per airline fare rules. No refund is possible. Best regards, Maja
