Booking order number ***

I booked a flight through Esky Travel for a return trip from Johannesburg to East London with booking order numbe ***.

I cancelled the flight a month before and Esky asked me to choose between 50% cash refund or a voucher equal to the full amount. I chose a voucher and after few follow ups Esky are telling me that the airline refused to give me a voucher but they never declined my request to cancel. I am disgusted by this kind of service both by Esky Travel and Flysafair.
