WORST SERVICE & MANAGEMENT ATTITUDE

WORST service ever! DO NOT even contemplate using them for any conveyancing transactions. We were called to sign the transfer documents and ended up correcting all the mistakes by hand. It was ridiculous. Transfer date as per contract came and went and in response to us calling and demanding feedback, lodgement took place after property was already supposed to be registered. Staff do not reply to emails, no urgency or professionalism on their part. Registration took place on 22 December and although payment was promised on 23 Dec, we are still waiting!!! They simply locked up office and went on holiday. Upon following up this morning, Jacques Esterhuyse's attitude is "sorry we are closed, we will help you on 4 Jan". We should have read these reviews before we were sweet talked into using them!
