Disappointed in the service we paid for
ESI Attorneys were the transferring attorneys for the house be bought. The seller works for the company (we were not made aware); we are finding tens of thousands of Rands (times ten, easily) worth of items not disclosed, upon professional inspection after we found the initial faults (since day one upon inspection with the agent; have been requesting clarity around the matters and assistance forward for two weeks between agent and attorneys), without much success. When any feedback is received it lacks credibility (as we have supporting documents disproving their communication), and completely missing/ignoring other matters, which makes me question the manner in which such a firm operates in property transfers in general. For two weeks we have been expected to live in a house where other have access to the property, keys are missing, tap fixtures falling out the walls, toilet and washing machine plumbing not having taps, etc. The list goes on. Such items are part of fixtures and plumbing that are supposed to be handed over in working condition. Would not recommend.

Extremely Bad service, *************, bias, Zero Empathy, Only get there Money and Doesn't Care about after Registration, threatens with Litigation.

Costly Incompetence
Complete incompetence! They were responsible for legal side of an apartment I purchased. When I wanted to transfer my bond it came out that there was no gas certification done... in fact the gas stove was non-compliant. When I replaced my stove it came out that the stove plug wasn't compliant! And fixing aĺl this has to come out of my pocket because they couldn't care less!
