Unprofessional Service

After purchasing a property in July of 2020 to date registration has not occurred im very disappointed in the service received from Esi attorneys. After lodgment occurred 5 December 2020 we were told that the deeds office was closed on several occasions due to Covid-19 cases. This was understandable but we were then told that the deeds office furthermore rejected the matter as there were documents missing. This after both attorneys dealing with the matter resigned and we are now dealing with the 3rd attorney (and hopefully the last). We have a potential buyer interested in the property as it's a flip but can't sell until we have registered the bond in our name. We also constantly were having to follow up. It's frustrating that in this country we pay premium fees for goods and services but receive a water down service in exchange.
