Most stressful attorneys ever!

Terrible service!

The communication is pathetic, they let us know a 3 days or so before the time at one point, that we had to come up with a big sum of money, we asked them over and over to communicate well in advance when we need to pay any money. It was completely ignored!

Eventually they just stop replying at all to any concerns we had as clients, emails go unanswered for weeks, months. This is unnaceptable as property is big money.

The seller we bought from had a leak in the shower which lead in to the passage, we asked ESI to address it, they put the least effort in to that as possible and eventually led to us owning to house with that problem persisting and we were not compensated for it at all!

I will say at the very beginning they were very helpful, but the attorney who was on our sale/purchase left company soon in to the deal and quote frankly we have no idea if an actual attorney was assigned to our case after she left.

Pathetic service, stressful experience, lack of any decency it consideration for time, money or emotions.
