<p>I was forced to deal with this bunch of ************ lawyers, who threatened and bamboozeled me into thinking i was at fault as a home buyer when infact they misrepresented the seller, threatened me when i indicated they were in breach of contract.</p> <p>**** on numerous occasion and supp**** me with invalid certificates. Everytime i questioned them i was threatened and told that they do not have a duty of care to me but to the seller.</p> <p>Their staff behaved in way that was so unproffesional that i found myself having to constantly email to get a response.</p> <p>They over charge for services which they don't provide and then try and baffle you with lawyer speak to make what they do ok. It's not ok. Home buyers need to be protected from these types of attorneys. <br /><br /></p> <p>Which makes matters worse is that they work in cahoots with the estate agents. The estate agent recommended these unprofessional persons to the seller and then the estate agent plays stupid when things go wrong. </p> <p> </p> <p>Do not deal with ESI Attorneys or World Estate International they really turn what should be an amazing experience of purchasing your home into an absolute nightmare of deciet, past the buck antics, invalid paperwork, shody service and no response or threatening responses when confronted. </p>
