Bad experience with ESI attorneys and FNB

Bad experience with BOND attorneys and FNB - Our first appointment was on 6 Oct 2020 where we had to sign for our bond manually and Digitally with FNB - which we did. Our house number changed due to new town extensions where we built. (WE ASKED everybody about this street number change - and everybody said it is fine they work on an erf number) Then 2 months later - we had to sign everything over digitally and manually again - due to the street number that changed? (Which we asked from the beginning) Then they said that we had to accept a Debiecheck from FNB - NOBODY informed us about it - then my husband had to log onto the FNB website and cellphone app every half an hour for more than a week. My husband had to contact FNB and request a new Debiecheck which never came. Today their story changed again and now we have to accept a Debiecheck on ABSA?? And now I have to log in every hour on both the app and site. Will our house still register this year??? Good question?? Thus far their story keeps on changing and the attorneys and banks keep on pointing fingers at each other at our cost - please SORT this out! Thank you
