Very unprofessional indeed

If i could review without a star i would have!! This is the second time that EPX was suppose to pick up a package for me. They went ahead and arranged the pick up and made the lady at the pick up point wait for them! .... they never arrived!! I phoned them just now and after asking ( very upset) what was going on, they just discontinued my call and refused to pick up after my third, fourth and fifth call! HOW VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This is the last time will make use of their service!!
