Quality management courier services
It was an incident where one of their stationary vehicles while offloading, scratched my parked vehicle next to it. I have reported it to their management and received swift reaction. Without arguments and issues, which is many instances the case, I have received a positive response to settle the matter to reimburse me. This let me believe that they will apply the same principles in their courier service, and I will trust them at any time.

Poor service from EPX Courier
Very poor service from EPX. My order was scheduled for delivery on Friday, but it was not delivered. When I called on Friday, I spoke with Stanley, who said he would call me back. I never received that callback. I called again today, over an hour ago, and I am still waiting for assistance. I expect a prompt response and a clear update on when my order will be delivered.

Poor service from EPX Courier

***********. Sent document on 02/06/2026 to be delivered in Durban. Today is 13/06/2026 and parcel not delivered Previously I had even worse experiences with EPX. They delivered documents to wrong address. They have a tendency to mix up document delivery address or not to deliver at on time

Worst courier service ever
I have never dealt with a courier service that is so slow, my goods have been dispatched for delivery since on the 4th and was returned to depot.... Dispatched again on the 6th till now I haven't received it.. Customer service is horrible.. Now I lost customers because of their delay mxm🚮

TEMU IS FASTER THAN EPX POLOKWANE
Booked on a Thursday morning via the app for a pickup from polokwane to Tzaneen. Phoned and the driver too late to pickup. On Friday we spoke to them but no help. Then we talk to Frikkie he said he will send the driver. Only on Monday he send the driver. Temu is faster then Epx polokwane. Never have a problem when we pickup from Joburg until Polokwane has to do the delivery.

Bad service from EPX couriers
Waiting for my laptop to arrive to Durban. It was dispatched on the 9th of Feb and never arrived. Dispatched again today and still did not get it. Their contact number does not work and no email address. Cannot communicate with them regarding urgent delivery. Terrible website! Terrible service!

EPX not delivering on time
I have made a purchase from Max Motorsport and EPX is the courier company to deliver my purchases. The package was handed over to them on 15 December and it has still not been delivered even though is has been at the Johannesburg facility from the 17th of December. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift...
