Poor service from EPX Courier

Very poor service from EPX. My order was scheduled for delivery on Friday, but it was not delivered.

When I called on Friday, I spoke with Stanley, who said he would call me back. I never received that callback. I called again today, over an hour ago, and I am still waiting for assistance.

I expect a prompt response and a clear update on when my order will be delivered.
