Highly disappointed

Highly disappointed.

Call their Call Centre a few times today. Everytime I speak to the one Call Centre Agent, my call gets transferred and all of the sudden the line drops happens every time I call! My parcel was supposed to be delivered today, but couldn't because incorrect address! I'm very ****ed off because I paid quite a lot for next day delivery. Only to be called today to confirm my address! I do not recommend this services and it's the first time they mess up
