EPX COURIERS REALLY POOR SERVICE

Absolutely PATHETIC SERVICE from EPX Couriers in Pinetown Westmead / Jhb .. This courier has Failed me again and again, I Dont understand what is soo difficult from Booking a collection .. Ensuring the collection is done... Getting a waybill no. and communicating to the customer that waybill no confirming their collection was made, I understand there are many collections in a day , But there are certain collections that cannot be missed .. misslaid or sent to the incorrect address.. My collection was made yesterday from JHB Wadeville Henred to be delivered this morning to me in Pinetown but instead it has gone to NEWCASTLE , how can that be possible ????? I am booking the collection for Pinetown , I even went out my way and contacted JHB OPS David to ask him to please Handle this specific collection for me and make sure i receive it first thing this morning in Pinetown, This morning when i get to work i must have to phone EPX to find out what time will i have my delivery only to be told IT IS GONE TO NEWCASTLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY AM I STRUGGLING WITH A COURIER ???????????? WHY AM I ALLOWING A COURIER TO STOP ME FROM GETTING MY JOB DONE?????????????? WHY AM I ALLOWING A COURIER TO PUT ME UNDER IMMENSE STRESS AND PRESSURE FROM MY CLIENT AND MAKE ME SICK TO A POINT I END UP IN HOSPITAL ???? SOMEWHERE SOMEONE DID NOT DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY AND I WANT TO KNOW WHO THAT PERSON IS THAT IS MAKING ME SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND I ALSO WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS EPX DOING ABOUT IT ?????????????????
